Planetary Defensive Alliance

The Planetary Defensive Alliance (Widely shortened to the acronym PDA) is a military alliance of many Venusian cities and to a lesser extent, some Earth nations. While being a military alliance, unlike the ISCC and Selenian Union it does not involve itself with any governmental matters, whether they be anything economic and manufacturing or regarding technology development. All of this is managed by member states. Member states retain full autonomy and can have their own full armies, though gifting equipment to the PDA is strongly encouraged.
